Run your organisation. Watch it grow.

RealmDesk is one place for your customer conversations, records, invoices, team and AI. Every part you set up for real becomes a building in your world, so you can see at a glance what's working, what's waiting and who's on it.

RealmDesk's painted castle realm at dusk: the Keep, Guildhall, Treasury, Mage Tower and Market Square, all built RealmDesk's painted city at dusk: a head office tower, front desk, bank and AI lab beside the harbour RealmDesk's painted starship deck: the bridge, comms array, AI core and cargo hold against a nebula RealmDesk's painted racing paddock: race control, pit wall, engine shop and grandstand beside the track RealmDesk's painted farm at golden hour: the farmhouse, blue-ribbon barn, silo and market stall The map

Your Gatehouse is your inbox. Your Treasury is your invoices.

Be first in when the gates open. No spam, one email when it's ready.

Working in the build today

The work

A proper place to run things.

Under the world is a real workspace. These are screens from the current build, not mock-ups.

The inbox: conversations sorted into Needs reply, Waiting on customer, On hold and Solved, with a reply box, internal notes, attachments and Request payment

📬 Inbox

Every way in, one inbox.

Connect your Google or Microsoft email in a click (no passwords), or take a free @realmdesk.com address. Add a chat button to your website. Everything lands in one shared inbox.

  • Needs reply, waiting on customer, on hold, solved
  • Internal notes your customers never see
  • Real attachments both ways
  • Ask for payment straight from the conversation
Contacts: each customer with their email and organisation, created as their emails arrived

🗂️ Records

Your customers and records, your way.

Contacts are created as mail arrives and linked to their organisations. Out of the box you get conversations, contacts, organisations, inventory and invoices.

  • Add your own record types and fields
  • Links that work both ways: a contact shows its invoices, an invoice shows its contact
  • Search and filter everything
Invoices: numbered, with customer, amount, status (draft, sent, paid) and due date

💰 Get paid

Invoices that get paid online.

Every invoice gets a payment link (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through your own Stripe or Square account. The money goes straight to you, and the invoice marks itself paid.

  • RealmDesk never holds your money
  • Draft, sent, paid and due dates at a glance
  • Prefer a bank transfer? Mark it paid by hand
The AI page: pick Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or any MCP client, choose read-only or read-and-act, and create a private connection

🤖 Bring your own AI

RealmDesk is the structure. Your AI does the work.

We're not another AI company. Plug in the AI you already use and it works through RealmDesk: reading conversations, drafting replies, updating records, sending payment links. Everything it does shows up in your inbox, your records and on the map.

  • Claude
  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Grok
  • Anything that speaks MCP

Read-only or read-and-act, your choice. Your AI can answer website chat after hours and hand over to a person when it should. You pay your AI company directly; we add nothing on top.

👥

Your team, properly

Invite people as owners, admins or members. Departments (Support, Sales, Finance, Legal…) decide which parts each person can open.

✉️

Emails in your style

Pick a house style built from your logo and colours. Everyone gets their own signature. Every reply goes out looking like you.

🙈

Your customers never see the game

They get normal, professional emails and a clean chat window. The world is for you and your team.

The map is your dashboard

Every building is something real.

Nothing on the map is decoration. A building only goes up when that part of your organisation actually works. Customers waiting appear at your door. Teammates walk the streets while they're online. Visitors on your website gather by the gate.

Each world speaks its own language, but it's the same organisation underneath.

Why a game?

Because setup is the part everyone puts off.

New tools die in the setup. RealmDesk makes each setup step a quest that only finishes when the real thing works: an email arrives, a reply goes out, an invoice is paid. You start with one small building on bare land, and your world grows with your organisation.

The reward

Do the work. Fill the garage.

Every world has a room of your own, painted by hand. The coins you earn from real work buy what goes in it, from a rusty old starter up to the best there is.

The racing garage: a red 1985 Rossa Testa supercar under the lights, palm trees and a sunset skyline through the roller door The starship hangar: the Rift racer hovering over a glowing launch pad, a nebula through the bay doors The farm stable: you beside an ex-racer thoroughbred in an endurance saddle, with a blue heeler at your feet The city locker room: you in freerunning kit, lockers, a treadmill and the route board, the roof door glowing at dusk The castle armoury: a knight in fluted Gothic plate with a plumed armet and the glowing Flamebrand sword
Gameplay · Rift run

Earned, not bought

Then take it out.

This is the starship's Rift run, a short, flat-out mission with Kira's crew: burn down the rift, thread the rings, lock on to Combine drones and beat the interceptor's ghost to the end. Every world has its own: a hot lap, a muster, a rooftop dash, a duel at the lists.

  • 📬
Answer customers, get paid, finish quests. Real work earns your plays.
  • 🛠️
Spend your coins on better kit. Faster ships, sharper dogs, stickier shoes.
  • 🏆
Win missions and the story moves on. Your team's names go on the board.

Fair questions

“What has a castle got to do with my email?”

Is this a game or a business tool?

A business tool. The inbox, records, invoices and team are real and work like any serious tool. The world sits on top as a picture of how your organisation is set up, and as a reason to keep going.

Do my customers see any of this?

No. Customers get normal, professional emails in your house style and a clean chat window on your website. The world is only for you and your team.

Do I need AI to use it?

No. Everything works by hand. If you already pay for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, you can plug it in so it does more of the work for you.

Who holds my money?

You do. Payments go through your own Stripe or Square account, straight to you. RealmDesk never touches the money.

Is it only for businesses?

No. Any organisation that has to answer people, keep records and get paid: not-for-profits, schools, clubs, agencies and government teams.

Who it's for

Any organisation that has to get organised.

Built for people who'd rather build something than fill in a form. Especially if a to-do list has never once motivated you.
